1. Service Provider
JuomaInfo is operated by BlueBell Markets Ab Ltd (business ID 3543354-3), Piitie 1, 01510 Vantaa, Finland. Website: juomainfo.fi. Email: palvelu@juomainfo.fi. These Terms apply to use of the JuomaInfo online service.
2. What Is JuomaInfo?
JuomaInfo is a drink information, search and comparison service. Users can search alcoholic and alcohol-free drinks, view product information, compare prices, find sellers and places to buy, explore purchasing models and continue to sellers. The service develops in stages.
3. JuomaInfo Is Generally Not the Seller
Unless expressly stated otherwise, BlueBell Markets Ab Ltd and JuomaInfo are not the seller. When a user purchases a product through a seller’s service, the sales contract is between the user and that seller. The seller is responsible for its seller obligations including product, final price, availability, payment, order, delivery, terms, cancellation, returns, complaints and defects.
4. Product and Price Information
JuomaInfo aims to provide current and accurate information from sellers, online stores, producers, partners, public sources and other data sources. Final price, availability, delivery charges and terms must be checked with the seller.
5. Price Comparison
JuomaInfo may compare the same or sufficiently reliably matched products. Complete market coverage is not guaranteed. “Lowest price in the JuomaInfo comparison” refers only to offers included in that comparison.
6. Alko Information
Alko’s products and prices may be displayed as part of the range of drinks available in Finland and as reference information for comparisons. Direct price comparisons with other retailers’ products require sufficiently reliable product matching. Displaying this information does not itself imply commercial cooperation with Alko.
7. Product Matching
Products are combined only with sufficient confidence. Package size, alcohol content, vintage, version and other characteristics may prevent direct comparison. Errors can be reported to palvelu@juomainfo.fi.
8. Product Price and Delivery Cost
Product and delivery prices are kept separate where possible. The lowest product price may not be the lowest total purchase cost.
9. Availability
Availability is shown where obtained from a sufficiently reliable source. Final availability must be checked with the seller.
10. Purchasing Models
JuomaInfo may describe Finnish retail, distance selling, distance purchasing, collection abroad and other models. Legal classification can depend on actual arrangements. Content is not individual legal or tax advice.
11. Purchasing Alcohol
Alcohol purchasing, sale, delivery and handover are subject to legislation and age restrictions. Product visibility does not guarantee entitlement to purchase or receive it. Each party remains responsible for its legal obligations. The content of JuomaInfo is intended for persons aged 18 or over.
12. Distance Selling and Distance Purchasing
JuomaInfo may help identify the model, but tax and legal consequences may differ. General JuomaInfo information does not replace current official guidance.
13. Delivery and Collection
JuomaInfo may display home-delivery and collection options and later JuomaInfo Collection Points. A collection point is not automatically the seller, and an ordinary parcel point is not automatically a JuomaInfo Collection Point.
14. External Websites
External services have their own terms, privacy, cookies, prices and other conditions. BlueBell Markets Ab Ltd does not control their content or technical operation.
15. Commercial Links and Cooperation
Some links may be affiliate or other commercial links. JuomaInfo may receive remuneration for qualifying purchases/actions. Commercial cooperation does not itself change objective comparison criteria. Paid visibility is disclosed.
16. Content and Recommendations
Articles, guides, gift ideas, recommendations and editorial content are general information and inspiration, not guarantees of suitability for a particular person or situation.
17. User Responsibilities
Users must not use the service unlawfully, compromise security, bypass safeguards, disrupt operation, distribute malware, infringe others rights or use automation that unreasonably interferes with normal operation.
18. Intellectual Property
JuomaInfo structure, original content, text, graphics, database structures and software are protected. Third-party trademarks, logos, product images and names belong to their rights holders. Large-scale unauthorised extraction, copying, resale or commercial exploitation is prohibited.
19. Availability and Changes
Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. The service may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, incidents or security measures. Features may change as the service develops.
20. Responsibility for Information
Reasonable care is taken, but completeness, accuracy and real-time status of external-source data cannot be guaranteed. Nothing in these Terms restricts mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be restricted.
21. Seller Responsibility
JuomaInfo is not responsible on behalf of an external seller for the seller’s breach, non-delivery, wrong/defective product, refunds, returns or other seller obligations. This does not limit BlueBell Markets Ab Ltd liability for its own actions where applicable law imposes it.
22. Personal Data and Cookies
Personal-data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Cookies and similar technologies are described in the Cookie Policy.
23. Changes
The current Terms are published on JuomaInfo. Material future changes are communicated appropriately.
24. Governing Law
Finnish law applies. Mandatory consumer rights are not restricted.
